BeautiDesk is salon booking software. Its ChatGPT integration, BeautiDesk Business, lets invited owners and staff manage supported tasks in the shop they authorise. You use your own ChatGPT account; your role, granted permissions and account limits still apply.

Example workflow — not a recording or a live booking

  1. Find the appointment

    Ask for the date, service, customer and staff member in your shop’s timezone.

  2. Say what should change

    For example: “Move Demo Client’s appointment to 3:30 pm with the same staff member.”

  3. Check the outcome

    A suggested time or prepared draft is not a saved booking. Resolve any missing details or availability conflicts.

  4. Read back the result

    Check the same appointment in BeautiDesk. Confirm its new time and that the other details remain correct.

Does my subscription include ChatGPT pilot access?

No. The ChatGPT pilot is currently invitation-only. A BeautiDesk subscription does not automatically enable access. Your ChatGPT plan and usage limits apply separately.

Is BeautiDesk Business for my customers?

BeautiDesk Business is for authorised merchants and staff. Customers should use your shop’s existing booking link to choose a service and appointment time.

Can I keep using the BeautiDesk dashboard?

Yes. You can continue using the merchant dashboard alongside ChatGPT. Always check the saved result when either tool changes an appointment or business setting.
